Returns and Refunds

All items are guaranteed to be original theatrical release, or re-release if noted, movie posters for American and foreign films.

Return Window: You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt if you wish to return an item.

Return Process: Items must be returned promptly via UPS, both insured and with a tracking number. The item must be returned in the same condition as at the time of shipment by eArt/Film, using the same packaging sent by eArt/Film.

Refund Details:

• Full refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in original condition

Additional Information: Sometimes a film's release date can vary as much as a year or more from the original release date in its country of origin. We can provide free research assistance for a poster if needed.
