Crimson Skull 1922 27x41 Rare Original US One Sheet-Stone Litho
The Crimson Skull, director Richard E. Norman's silent African American mystery western starring Anita Bush, Lawrence Chenault, Bill Pickett, Steve Reynolds and "and 30 Colored Cowboys." This Norman Film Studio film is considered lost.
A very rare and historic stone lithograph one sheet with intense colors. Unfortunately, this near 95 year old poster is missing the lower text section but is something that could be restored if it were to be linen backed. Though in need of restoration, it still displays well as is. It is also somewhat water stained and very brittle. There is much tattering and separation along the foldlines.
